Fashion In Motion

A women's running collection inspired by organic shapes and curves of Gaudi architecture. Each piece is designed to provide comfort and ventilation for optimal running performance. As a runner, I designed the best fitting, most comfortable running apparel line that is fashion forward. The fabrics used in this collection were donated by Schoeller, Champion, King-Tech Reflective, and Cotton Inc. This collection was awarded the Best of Show Honorable Mention at the 2010 Philadelphia University Annual Fashion Show.
Above are technical flat sketches with detail call-outs and descriptions of each of design. Each garment is designed with many functional details and so I wanted to capture all of that through the flats. I find that shading and styled lines adds depth to the drawings.
Above is a photoshoot taken on Fall's Bridge in Philadelphia PA. I ran across frequently while I was on the Philadelphia University cross-country team. I wanted to capture the construction details in the close-up shots.
This collection was awarded the Best of Show Honorable Mention at the 2010 Philadelphia University Annual Fashion Show.
